Ann has specialised in all things balloon for more than twenty-five years!

With an expertise in hand-made balloon centrepieces and creations, we love making one of a kind decorations to perfectly suit your event.

We are currently working on a new look website and will soon be available for delivery and set-up to both private and corporate events.

 
Previously being located on Buckley Street, Essendon for nineteen years and prior to that working alongside Complete Event Services for over ten years, we are now a home based business and will soon be available via our email address c.b.dec@bigpond.com when you need some decorations for that special event.
